By ERRASONVET · Updated 6 October 2026
Compare a milking cluster by its included components and connection details, not claw capacity alone. Confirm the liner and shell arrangement, milk and pulse tube connections, and any missing specifications for the exact assembly. The three ERRASONVET configurations below provide a starting point for an itemised quotation.

Compare the listed assembly contents
Capacity in this table refers to the milk claw. It does not describe milking speed, the number of animals a system can serve, or compatibility with an existing installation.
| Assembly | Listed claw capacity | Listed set contents | Key detail to confirm |
|---|---|---|---|
| 240 ml Cow Milking Cluster Assembly ERV-DF-MIL-00014 |
240 ml | 1 milk claw, 4 milk liners, 4 short pulse tubes and 4 stainless steel shells | Liner dimensions, tube connections and the supplied shell configuration. |
| Cow Milking Cup Cluster Assembly ERV-DF-MIL-00015 |
Not listed; confirm for the supplied configuration | 1 iron milk claw, 4 milk liners, 4 short milk tubes, 4 tube connectors and 4 short pulse tubes | Claw capacity and whether shells are supplied; neither is established by this component list. |
| 300 ml Cow Milking Cluster Assembly ERV-DF-MIL-00016 |
300 ml | 1 milk claw, 4 milk liners, 4 short pulse tubes and 4 stainless steel shells | Liner dimensions and connections; the 300 ml claw capacity alone does not establish fit. |
The 300 ml configuration, ERV-DF-MIL-00016, lists a PC (polycarbonate) milk claw. The ERV-DF-MIL-00015 component list specifies an iron milk claw. Do not transfer either material specification to another model.

Choose an assembly or an individual replacement part
Start by listing what you intend to replace. A cluster assembly and a replacement liner are different purchasing requirements. If the existing claw and shells will remain in service, identify them and record the connections before choosing replacement parts.
For a complete assembly, compare the itemised contents. ERV-DF-MIL-00014 and ERV-DF-MIL-00016 each list four stainless steel shells. ERV-DF-MIL-00015 lists short milk tubes and tube connectors, but its published set list does not establish a shell quantity. Ask for the exact supplied configuration rather than assuming that every item visible in a photograph is included.
What should you check for compatibility?
Send the existing equipment reference and clear photographs with measurements. The following details help identify what still needs checking. They are enquiry requirements, not a declaration that an ERRASONVET part fits a particular manufacturer’s system.
- Milk claw: record the existing reference, milk inlet and outlet dimensions, pulse connections and any valve arrangement. A capacity match alone is insufficient.
- Liner and shell: provide the current liner reference, overall dimensions, mouthpiece and tail dimensions, plus the shell reference and mounting details. Confirm the intended liner and shell combination together.
- Milk and pulse tubes: identify each tube’s function, inside diameter, outside diameter, required length and connector geometry. Confirm which short tubes are already included in the assembly.
- System requirements: supply the milking-machine reference and the manufacturer’s requirements for operation, cleaning and replacement parts. Ask for confirmation where the selected product page does not give a relevant rating.
- Supply scope: request a component list and quantities for claws, liners, shells, tubes, connectors and any separately ordered accessories.
For tube dimensions, use the existing milk and pulse tube size guide. Its comparison supports tube selection; it does not confirm that every listed tube fits these three clusters.
What the listed specifications do not establish
The product names and photos do not establish a universal fit, a replacement interval, cleaning-temperature limits, or a particular operating vacuum or pulsation setting. Confirm these against the chosen components and the equipment instructions. Do not select an operating setting from claw capacity or appearance.
If a dimension or rating is missing, include it as a question in the enquiry. Keeping that point explicit is more useful than treating an unlisted value as identical to a similar-looking product.
Prepare an itemised quotation request
Include the information below for each required assembly or spare part. If a measurement is not available, identify it as unknown and attach a clear connection photograph when corresponding with us.
- ERRASONVET product code and required quantity.
- Complete assembly or individual replacement parts.
- Existing equipment and component references.
- Liner, shell, milk-tube and pulse-tube measurements.
- Required components and quantities per set.
- Packaging requirements and destination country.
Request a milking equipment quotation
For other components, browse Dairy Farming equipment and spare parts. Quotation details depend on the selected configuration and quantity.
Maintain a spare-part change and reorder log
After a configuration has been agreed, retain a separate record for each equipment reference. Enter a part change only after the responsible technical reviewer has confirmed it. This log does not recommend a replacement interval.
| Record field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Equipment record | Farm equipment reference and approved assembly record |
| Previous part reference | Exact part code and approved drawing or measurement reference |
| Replacement proposed | Supplier part reference and quantity; pending until verified |
| Compatibility confirmation | Named technical reviewer, supporting document and date |
| Order and receipt | Quotation/PO reference, delivery record and received configuration |
| Next reorder note | Last approved version; confirm current availability and specification |
Common selection questions
Does a larger claw capacity guarantee a better match?
No. Compare the connection geometry, liner and shell arrangement, supplied parts and system requirements. The listed 240 ml or 300 ml capacity does not establish compatibility or a performance improvement.
Are the three assembly component lists identical?
No. Compare the table above. The ERV-DF-MIL-00015 list includes short milk tubes and tube connectors; the other two lists explicitly include four stainless steel shells. Confirm the final supplied list with the quotation.
Can I order by a photograph alone?
A photograph is useful for identifying the configuration, but it cannot establish all connection dimensions or supplied components. Include the product code, existing equipment reference and measurements where available.
