Compare a milking vacuum pump by its listed air capacity, motor power, speed and installation dimensions. The six ERRASONVET models below span 250–2100 L/min. These figures describe the listed pumps; they do not by themselves determine how many milking units a complete installation can support.
Compare six milking vacuum pumps
Each selected pump lists 1440 rpm and a vacuum degree of 50 kPa. The table keeps those common reference values separate from the capacity and motor differences. Confirm the test conditions, electrical supply and proposed installation before ordering; the listed vacuum degree is not an instruction to set a milking system to that value.
| Product | Listed capacity | Motor power | Weight | Dimensions (L x W x H) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 250 L/min Milking Vacuum Pump ERV-DF-VAC-00007 |
250 L/min | 1.1 kW | 13.5 kg | 23 x 22 x 22 cm |
| 300 L/min Milking Vacuum Pump ERV-DF-VAC-00008 |
300 L/min | 1.1 kW | 14 kg | 23 x 22 x 22 cm |
| 550 L/min Milking Vacuum Pump ERV-DF-VAC-00009 |
550 L/min | 2.2 kW | 31 kg | 28 x 27 x 22 cm |
| 850 L/min Milking Vacuum Pump ERV-DF-VAC-00010 |
850 L/min | 3 kW | 36 kg | 30 x 22 x 22 cm |
| 1500 L/min Milking Vacuum Pump ERV-DF-VAC-00011 |
1500 L/min | 4 kW | 57.5 kg | 43 x 23 x 23 cm |
| 2100 L/min Milking Vacuum Pump ERV-DF-VAC-00012 |
2100 L/min | 5.5 kW | 69.5 kg | 39 x 29 x 29 cm |
Same motor power, different listed air capacity
The 250 L/min and 300 L/min models both list a 1.1 kW motor and dimensions of 23 × 22 × 22 cm. Their listed capacities and weights differ: 13.5 kg for ERV-DF-VAC-00007 and 14 kg for ERV-DF-VAC-00008. Identify the required model by its complete product code rather than motor power alone.
At the upper end of this range, ERV-DF-VAC-00011 lists 1500 L/min and 4 kW, while ERV-DF-VAC-00012 lists 2100 L/min and 5.5 kW. A higher listed capacity does not establish suitability for a particular parlour. Ask the equipment installer to confirm the pump requirement for the complete system.
Information needed to select a pump
- Existing installation: provide the milking equipment reference, number and type of connected units, other vacuum-operated components and any planned expansion.
- Required capacity: provide the system designer’s air-capacity requirement and its reference conditions. Do not calculate a herd-size limit from the product table alone.
- Electrical supply: specify available voltage, phase and frequency. The listed motor power does not establish these details.
- Installation: give available space, mounting details and photographs or drawings of the drive and connections. The listed overall dimensions do not establish bolt positions or connector sizes.
- Supply scope: ask whether the quotation includes the motor, drive parts, mounting hardware, lubrication components and other required accessories.
Replacement vanes: select by the full size and pump reference
Milking Vacuum Pump Replacement Vanes
ERV-DF-VAC-00013 lists glass-fibre vanes in these length × width × thickness options:
- 100 x 37 x 5 mm
- 120 x 37 x 5 mm
- 110 x 55 x 6 mm
- 150 x 55 x 6 mm
- 164 x 60 x 6 mm
- 246 x 60 x 6 mm
The vane list does not map each size to the six pump models above. Send the existing pump reference, vane dimensions and required quantity, and request confirmation of the replacement. Do not select a vane solely from a pump capacity or a similar-looking photograph.
Oil pot assembly: confirm the mounting and connections
Milking Vacuum Pump Oil Pot Assembly
ERV-DF-VAC-00014 lists a 300 ml reservoir volume, 120 mm bottle height and 80 mm bottle diameter. These are reservoir and bottle details, not a lubrication rate or an oil-consumption specification. Provide the existing mounting and connection information and request confirmation of the supplied parts. This guide does not specify an oil grade or maintenance interval.
Frequently asked purchasing questions
How many cows can a 550 L/min pump support?
This product table cannot establish that number. A complete installation has requirements beyond the pump’s listed air capacity. Supply the system layout and obtain a documented equipment selection.
Can I choose a motor from its kW rating alone?
No. Confirm electrical supply, drive arrangement and supplied configuration alongside the rated power. Voltage, phase and frequency are not established by these pump entries.
Does a listed vane size prove compatibility?
No. It is a dimensional option to compare against the existing part. Confirm the exact pump reference and replacement configuration before ordering.
Request a pump or spare-parts quotation
State the ERRASONVET code, required quantity, pump or spare-part requirement, electrical supply, installation reference and destination country. For vanes or an oil pot, include measured dimensions and clear connection photographs. Identify missing details as questions in the enquiry.
